Continuous
improvement
:
An
implementation
never
really
ends.
At
the
end
of
the
first
implementation
project,
it
is
useful
to
make
a
formal
post-implementation
review
in
order
to
maximise
the
learning
experience.
Sometimes
"solutions"
generate
different
problems
especially
if
they
have
not
been
tried
before.
It
is
important
to
monitor
effectiveness
in
a
timely
manner
using
early
warning
indicators.
The
Custom
Processes
which
are
implemented
with
you
must
be
maintained
to
reflect
changing
circumstances
and
the
opportunities
that
new
technology
can
offer
concerning
ways
of
working.
A
"Process"
manager
should
be
appointed
with
responsibility
to
manage
all
suggestions
for
improvement.
Changes
to
process
or
to
software
can
be
supported
by
a
maintenance
contract.
