Implementation :

This is the crucial step. All the dimensions of the solution must be implemented at the right time, cost, place, speed and with the right people who have been well prepared. Successful implementation follows the schema :

• Understand the current situation (As Is) to identify strengths and weaknesses and communicate the compelling need to change simply and forcefully.

• Define how we want to work in the future (To Be) with a full description of the solution to support the new way of working

• Define a "Project by Project" transition plan to the future state 

• Manage Projects by focusing on achievable results

• Provide adequate operational support

• Review and continuously improve
